Q: How do I track my order?
A: After your have placed your order, we will proceed to prepare and pack your purchase and dispatch it to our courier. Once the courier has picked up the parcel, we will email you your tracking number and you can track your order from there.

Q: I have not received my parcel. What should I do?
Please use  tracking number provided to you to find out what happened to your parcel. Otherwise, you can contact us at contact@moleyapparels.com.

Q: I have received a defective product can I return it?
A: Yes, we will do an exchange for you for defective products. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: Currently, we only ship locally within Singapore as well as to Malaysia. We may look into shipping to other countries in the future.
