RETURN POLICY

All returns should be made within 30 days from date of purchase.

Manufacturing Defects

Should there be any manufacturing defect. Kindly email us a photo of the product; we will then advise you on the procedure and details through email. Returns can be sent back to us by dropping them off at our stores or via a courier service. Postage/shipping will be reimbursed for all items acknowledged to be defective. All items mailed back to us must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. When we receive the product, we will proceed to make the exchange/replacement.

 

Exchanges

Should you need to make an exchange of size or would like to change to another product. Kindly notify us on your choice so that we can check on the availability and advise you further. We would require you to mail the product back to us and once we receive the product, we will proceed to send out the exchange. Exchanges can be done in our stores (no charges incurred) or through mailing (Moley shall not be responsible in the rare occurence of items lost in mail). Shipping charges will apply if you opt for the insurance of registered mail

Moley shall only accept returns for defective items and grant exchanges/replacements on the condition that the items being returned, exchanged/replaced were purchased from the Site. Purchases of items other than from the Site are not eligible for returns, exchanges/replacements under these T&Cs. For items purchased from our retail stores, please check in-store with our retail assistants.

 

* Do note that we will only accept product in its original condition with tags intact and unwashed. We apologize that we will not be able to accept once the product is worn or washed due to hygiene reasons.

 

**SALE items are not eligible for exchange.
